Poultry incinerators to be used to incinerate dead birds like hen, unfertilized eggs, bird dropping, egg shells etc. It is commonly used in poultry farm, breeding, research centers etc. It is widely used to destroy to birds (bird-flue) infection diseases, viruses and birds/egg waste material, which will ensure zero infection and safety of birds from contracting any disease. Our poultry incinerators manufactured using latest technology & machinery. The chamber temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller. Incinerator with separate doors for waste burning chamber and for ash collecting tray and chimney for emission of fumes. The incinerator reduces most combustible solid waste to nearly 2-3 percent by volume and up to 2% by weight. Easy to install and extremely durable equipment. It is available in varied capacity/sizes based on the requirement of Poultry farms.

CONSTRUCATION:

Robust, Reliable and Efficient.
Pre-fabricated 5 mm robust mild steel casing, seam welded & suitably stiffened/braced where necessary.
Paint finishing – The Mild steel structures are completely painted using a two pack high grade paint system that is baked into the steel structure at 70° C for 10 hrs.
The layers of refractory lining in the primary and secondary chambers totaling of 230 mm. rated at1200° C, provide increased fuel efficiency.
All combustion fuel pipe work and electrical systems are weather proof and in accordance.
Excess air and rapid cooling systems fitted as standard, aiding cleaner burns and faster cool down times.
