Product Description

As a company with over 5 decades of rich experience in the field of Waste Management and its incineration , MICROTEKNIK has developed a range of highly efficient incinerators that work exceedingly well under difficult as well as different conditions. Systems manufactured by MICROTEKNIK are working in all corners of the Globe, particularly due to their rugged construction giving long equipment life, Safety, superior design leading to elimination of most problems and minimizing of site work making them very user friendly.

The cost of neglecting the environment has never been felt since last 1-2 decades. Rampant growth of populations, mutations of viruses, increase in drug-resistant bacteria, increased drug abuse, jumping of diseases from animals to humans, lack of awareness and treatment of clinical or medical wastes all have had significant negative impacts on the environment.

Global pandemics in the recent past such as Ebola, H1N1, Swine Flu and many others could only be quelled by incineration to contain the scourge of these viruses. The amount of ash left behind is a fraction of the original waste material and is non-toxic. We have come out with a new program to eradicate this unsafe & unwanted hazardous. The Sanitary Napkin Burner is eco- friendly, with advanced features which makes smokeless and odourless which covers CPCB guidelines.

FIRST KIND OF IN HISTORY

1) Smoke less, Odor less, lowest running cost (800watts) Incinerator.
2) Smokeless, Odorless, Zero running cost Incinerator.

Historically, burning napkins, medical waste has been the only way to prevent the spread of disease. Current method of napkin disposal is unhygienic and results in inconvenience to citizens, environment, animals and Nature. Today, incineration is a method by which controlled combustion of waste matter can be done with minimal environmental impact. Incineration is the best method to control infections from spreading, to keep work areas sterile, reduce the load on landfills, clogging in drains, enables disposal of waste at source and in a short time.

Incineration can be defined as a process which uses thermal energy to convert organic matter into flue gases, heat and ash. As compared to other methods of waste management such as sterilization, incineration changes the chemical structure of the material being burnt and is therefore the most effective way of removing infectious pathogens. The entire process involves waste feeding, combustion at high temperature in refractory lined chambers and emission treated smoke to the atmosphere.
